It is our desire that Bananaz’s Boutique pieces compliment the essence of your style and anticipation! If for some unfortunate reason the item doesn’t meet your expectation, we will gladly accommodate you based on the following guidelines.
**All items returned for full refund, store credit and exchanges must have the original tags attached and in new condition (unworn/unwashed). **
Returns for full refund must be postmarked within 7 days of your delivery receipt. Items postmarked beyond the 7th day can be returned for a store credit only, if received within 10 days of your delivery receipt. Any returns outside of this time frame will not be credited.
Exchanges - If you wish to exchange any specific item due to sizing please send an email to email@example.com. We would like to ensure we still have the merchandise available in the size needed. Exchanges must be received within 10 days of your delivery receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless purchases are being returned due to Bananaz’s Boutique inaccuracy.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the requirements or have been altered from the condition in which items were mailed to you; including signs of wear, stains, fragrances and odors.
